Delivery Areas
We deliver to all major cities and towns across India. Some remote areas may have limited servicability. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you within 24 hours of placing your order.
Shipping Charges
- Orders below ₹499: ₹60 flat shipping charge
- Orders above ₹499: FREE shipping
- Same-day delivery: Not available currently
Delivery Time
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai): 2-3 business days
- Other cities and towns: 3-5 business days
- Remote/rural areas: 5-7 business days
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST on weekdays are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number. You can track your package on the courier partner website.
Damaged/Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at 7013326239 or sales@trueats.co.in. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
