Yes! All Trueats products are made with 100% natural ingredients. We do not use any artificial colors, flavors, or chemical preservatives. Our products are preserved using traditional natural methods like salt, oil, and tamarind.
How long do the products last?
Most of our pickles last 6-12 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Powders typically last 3-6 months. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 2-3 months for best taste. Always use a dry spoon.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes! We deliver Pan India through trusted courier partners. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499.
Can I place a bulk or corporate order?

Are your products FSSAI certified?
Yes. Trueats products are manufactured by Symbiome Organics Pvt. Ltd., which holds a valid FSSAI license (10020042008391). We follow strict food safety and hygiene standards.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), and online payments via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards. For large orders, bank transfer is also available.
Can I return a product?
