Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Product arrived damaged or broken
- Wrong product received
- Product quality issue (please provide photo evidence)
- Product not as described
Non-Returnable Items
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened products (unless damaged/defective)
- Products purchased during sale events
- Products that have been used
Return Process
- Contact us within 7 days at 7013326239 or sales@trueats.co.in
- Share your order number and photos of the issue
- We will review and respond within 24 hours
- If approved, we arrange pickup at no additional cost
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days:
- Online payments: Refunded to original payment method
- COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI
Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for damaged or wrong products. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
